The group raised issues about standard licences and disclaimers that local authorities could use when publishing their data.
There were several reports of over-caution in publishing data that could be addressed with a decent disclaimer- eg this apparently real example from a service manager:
‘If i publish this list of streets that were gritted and someone goes [...]
